Go WordPress Dashboard - Appearance - Members Single Profile. Once on it, click on the "+" to search and add a Widget you want on your profile page.  Please do not forget to click on the Update button to save the changes made. 

To move the widgets to either the left or right side of the profile page, please go to BuddyBoss Dashboard - Theme Options - Sidebars. You can choose to show the widgets you have created if you want to put them on either the Left or Right. Just a reminder that if you choose Right, all the widgets you created for your Profile page will be moved to the right side. Just like the screenshot below.
