To set your expectations, the BuddyBoss platform does not have this option. As a workaround, you can try this third-party plugin. 

Import and export users and customers has a clean and easy-to-use import and export users and customer plugin, for WordPress and WooCommerce. It includes custom user meta to be included automatically from a CSV file and delimitation auto-detector. It also is able to send a mail to each user imported and all the meta data imported is ready to edit into the user profile. Learn more by visiting this link:

Note: If the plugin is not listed on our integrations page, we cannot guarantee that a third-party plugin will work well with our BuddyBoss Theme as we haven't tried it extensively and also we don't have an integration nor a built-in function with such a feature yet.
