Build Error Code: E011


Build Error Message: There is an issue with one or more of your uploaded images. Try uploading new images and then sending a new build.

How to resolve it?


You will need to remove all the existing images and icons from Branding, re-add them and generate a new app build.

  1. Go to BuddyBoss App > Branding > Images.
  2. Remove all the images and app icons by clicking the Remove Image button in all the sections such as Home Screen, Login Screens, Register Screens, Launch Screen, App Icons, Android Adaptive Icon, and Android Notification Icon and then click the Save Changes button.

  3. Now, add the images and app icons to all the sections such as Home Screen, Login Screens, Register Screens, Launch Screen, App Icons, Android Adaptive Icon, and Android Notification Icon and click the Save Changes button.
    Make sure the images meet the app requirements and are saved in the correct file type (.PNG and .JPG primarily).
  4. Request a new app build.
    Make note that the uploaded images are displayed during Step 2: Review Information before you click the Send Build Request.
