1. Go to BuddyBoss > Theme Options

2. Under Custom Codes, enable CSS

3. Append the following:

.buddypanel .buddypanel-menu span.link-text {
 white-space: break-spaces !important;
}
#buddypanel-menu .sub-menu span.link-text {
 white-space: break-spaces;
}

/*Version 2*/
.buddypanel-open .buddypanel ul.buddypanel-menu > li > a > span {
    white-space: break-spaces;
}

4. Save changes.
