Creating a Google Developer Account

This account is needed to publish your app live on the Google Play Store. Navigate to https://play.google.com/console/about

If you do not have a google email address you will be able to create one in this process.

You will be instructed to fill out some basic information and agree to Google developer account terms and then be required to pay a $25 one time fee for the account (this is the price as it stands on the date of creating this article and might go up in price in the future).

Once this is created and the payment is successful you will be redirected to a screen where you can then select ‘Go to Play Console’.

That's the account created.
