There are customers that received this message from Google:

"Our records show that you have an app using Play Billing Library 3.0, which will be deprecated on November 1, 2022. We would like to remind you that as of August 2, 2022, all new apps must use Billing Library version 4 or newer. By November 1, 2022, all updates to existing apps must use Billing Library version 4 or newer."

You may inform the customer that as long as they have updated their BuddyBoss App and created a build since 5th September, they will be using the Billing Library v4.0.
