The customer inquires about AppBoss. This is a legacy product of BuddyBoss. It is no longer available on the market. If you will visit the site www.appboss.com there will be a banner that says that we have the new BuddyBoss App. 

Customers who have the AppBoss were contacted when we released the BuddyBoss App. They were offered to migrate to the BB  App. They were also informed that the AppBoss will stop working. Please note that the order is not available on WooCommerce too. 

If you encounter an AppBoss customer, coordinate with Marcus Pridmore for further checking.
