You just purchased and installed your BuddyBoss Theme. When you checked the BuddyBoss Dashboard it has missing some menus. It only shows Theme options, custom fonts, and license keys. Please note that the other menu options are not showing because you have not activated your BuddyBoss Platform. 

You can activate it by going to WordPress Dashboard - Plugins. Look for BuddyBoss Platform and hit on Activate. That will show the other menu options.
