What is Link Handling in an App? 

App Link Handling is a feature that allows an app to handle incoming links in a way that provides a seamless and consistent user experience. This feature enables users to click on a link and be redirected to the relevant content within the app, even if the app is not currently running.

Link Handling is a valuable feature that can enhance the user experience and engagement within your app. By handling links effectively, your app can provide a more seamless and convenient experience for users, which can help to increase the overall satisfaction and usage of the app.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to control how third-party links and how they are handled within your app. These links can be always opened using the In-App Browser, or always opened in an external browser, or you can allow your members to decide on their own apps.

Configure Link Handling

Navigate to BuddyBoss App > Settings > Compatibility. 

Under the Link Handling section, click the dropdown to select whether external links should open in the in-app browser, an external browser, or left to the member to decide.

After configuring the setting, don’t forget to click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
