By default, this can be changed on theme options > colors > General > heading colors. 

However, if you do the changes, this will affect all header colors. You can use the following CSS code to change the background on the icons only.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to BuddyBoss > Theme Options

2. Under Custom Codes, enable CSS

3. Append the following:

.social-networks-wrap .social a {

    color: red;

}

4. Save changes.
