If you are using BuddyBoss and WooCommerce Payments, you may encounter a 404 error when you try to access the Subscriptions page under Notification Settings. This is because BuddyBoss and WooCommerce Payments use the same slug for their Subscriptions pages, which causes a conflict.
To resolve this issue, you can change the slug of WooCommerce Subscriptions to something else, such as "my-subscriptions". Here are the steps to do that:
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced in your WordPress dashboard.
- Under the Page setup section, find the Subscriptions option.
- On the Edit page screen, change the Permalink to "my-subscriptions" or any other slug that is not used by BuddyBoss.
- Click on Update to save your changes.
Now you should be able to access the Subscriptions page under Notification Settings without any error.
