If you are using BuddyBoss and WooCommerce Payments, you may encounter a 404 error when you try to access the Subscriptions page under Notification Settings. This is because BuddyBoss and WooCommerce Payments use the same slug for their Subscription pages, which causes a conflict.


To resolve this issue, you can change the slug of WooCommerce Subscriptions to something else, such as "my-subscriptions". Here are the steps to do that:


  1. Go to WooCommerce - Settings - Advanced in your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Under the Page Setup section, find the Subscriptions option.
  3. On the Edit page screen, change the Permalink to "my-subscriptions" or any other slug that BuddyBoss does not use.
  4. Click on Update to save your changes.


Now you should be able to access the Subscriptions page under Notification Settings without any error.
