If a customer wishes to customize their Profile Dropdown, you may follow the below procedure.

STEPS TO CONFIGURE

Navigate to Appearance - Menus - Create a Menu - Rename the menu - Click the Profile Dropdown in Menu Settings - then click the "Save Menu" button. You may refer to the screenshot below:
