Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to BuddyBoss > Theme Options

2. Under Custom Codes, enable CSS

3. Append the following:

body:not(.logged-in) ul#primary-menu li:nth-child(6),body:not(.logged-in) a.header-search-link {    display: none !important;} 

body:not(.logged-in) form.search-form {

    display: none !important;

}

/*add codes here*/

4. Save changes.
