New Support TicketYou may disable the "Allow people to submit comments on new posts" option under the WordPress dashboard- Settings - Discussions.
However, please note that individual blog posts may override this setting.
To change it to a blog post, click on the Edit Post on the admin bar.
After that, kindly disable or uncheck Allow comments then click "Update" to save the changes.
