First, you will need to create a Profile Type with the WordPress Role of Admin. Navigate to the BuddyBoss dashboard - Profile - Profile Type tab. On the page, click on Add New button. Fill out the needed fields and scroll down to the WordPress Role at the bottom of the page. Select Admin. Once done, hit on Publish button to save. You may refer to the image below:

Next, go to BuddyBoss dashboard - Settings - Activity tab. On that page, scroll down to Activity Access. On Activity Post, choose Profile Type that you just created. Once selected, save it. Please refer to the image below:
